Why PREVAIL? Tired of bland, boring, and not-so-healthy jerky options? So were we. PREVAIL was born out of a desire to provide a flavorful, healthy snack without compromise. As people with food allergies, we were tired of settling for subpar options because of dietary restrictions. Finding high-protein, flavor-packed snacks that didn't require sacrificing taste or nutrition was a challenge – so we decided to create our own.

PREVAIL's mission is to bring delicious jerky to every snacker, one bite at a time. We're on a mission to put the flavor back into healthy snacking. Our jerky is not your average Teriyaki.
